<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk O£/09/93 (087/34) <br />DES:djk /26/93R <br />7/30/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12023 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING LIDO NEIGHBORHOOD SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 7, Article 8, <br /> <br />commencing with Section 65450 of the Government Code of the State <br /> <br />of California, the City may prepare and adopt specific plans as <br /> <br />may in its judgment be required for the systematic implementation <br /> <br />of the City's General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />specific <br /> <br />plan <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Lido <br /> <br />Neighborhood <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Draft <br /> <br />Specific <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />Redwood City 1991" and the "Addendum to the 1991 Draft Specific <br /> <br />Plan" to guide the future development of the Lido Neighborhood <br /> <br />within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Specific Plan, is a guide for the development <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />residential <br /> <br />units, <br /> <br />including <br /> <br />open <br /> <br />space, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />amenities, <br /> <br />roadways, public/semi-public uses and commercial uses, <br /> <br />and sets <br /> <br />forth goals, policies, incremental land use plans, standards, and <br /> <br />specific implementation measures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing duly <br /> <br />noticed and held, has recommended that this Council adopt said <br /> <br />Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> <br />held, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />recommendation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br />Commission and of evidence, both oral and documentary, presented <br /> <br />at said hearing, <br /> <br />finds that, <br /> <br />subj ect to amendment hereinafter <br /> <br />described, said Specific Plan is consistent with, and is required <br />
