<br />DES:djk 12/06/91 <br /> <br />(127/28) <br /> <br />ùRIGINAL <br />December 16, 1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11655 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION <br />OF THE LANDS OF HUNG TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY" <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND DETACHED FROM <br />OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE AND EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS <br />HIGHWAY LIGHTING DISTRICTS, RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo, State of California, adopted its Resolution No. 818 <br /> <br />on November <br /> <br />20, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />making determinations <br /> <br />and approving the <br /> <br />proposed <br /> <br />annexation <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City of territory <br /> <br />comprised <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />0.75 <br /> <br />acre <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />"Annexing Territory"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />short <br /> <br />form designation adopted by the Local <br /> <br />Agency Formation Commission for said annexation is: <br /> <br />"Annexation <br /> <br />of the Lands of Hung to the City of Redwood City"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of annexation as approved <br /> <br />by the Local Agency Formation Commission are: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Overlapping portions of the Annexing Territory shall be <br /> <br />detached from the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(ii) Overlapping portions of the Annexing Territory sha11 be <br /> <br />detached from the Emerald Lake Heights Highway Lighting <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />reason <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />annexation <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />municipal services to the Annexing Territory in connection with <br /> <br />development thereof consistent with zoning and other pertinent <br /> <br />regulations of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />11655 <br /> <br />.-....,.-.,. .---....-... <br />
