Tree Maint.enance Project <br /> <br />for 1991-92; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement for bids, one bid <br /> <br />was received and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Davey Tree Surgery Company, Livermore, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest. responsible bidder, <br /> <br />and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to Davey Tree Surgery <br /> <br />Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />bid <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Davey <br /> <br />Tree <br /> <br />Surgery <br /> <br />Company, <br /> <br />Livermore, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />setting forth hourly rates stated in said bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dat.ed June 3, 1991, for t.he contract for Comprehensive <br /> <br />Street Tree Maintenance Project for 1991-92, is hereby accepted, <br /> <br />said hourly rates are hereby expressly accepted for purposes of <br /> <br />determining actual compensat.ion under the contract, <br /> <br />subject to <br /> <br />the maximum limitation of expenditures thereunder of One Hundred <br /> <br />Fifteen <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($115,000.00) , <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br /> <br />said work. <br /> <br />11553 <br /> <br />...-." ...
