<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(REDWOOD SHORES CHILD CARE FACILITIES PROJECT) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this II h day of <br />.~~ ' 200{l, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />UniciPàt-Jorporatlon of the State of California, ("City"), and WILLIAM <br /> <br />EUPHRAT MUNICIPAL FINANCE, INC., of San Francisco, California <br /> <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires professional financial advisory services in <br /> <br />connection with negotiations for the development of a child care center known as <br /> <br />the Redwood Shores Childcare Facility (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is qualified and experienced to <br /> <br />furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br /> <br />forth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform the financial <br /> <br />advisory services and negotiating services described in the Scope of Services in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. , 'i.\ <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
