The committee expressed hearty approval <br />of the idea of staging the excursion as a publicity "stunt." <br /> <br />Mr. MOrton said that 'Mr. Max Gelber, Sequoia Union High School <br />music instructor, had indicated that the delay of the Festival until <br />May 19-21, to coincide with National Music Week, might be advantage- <br />ous. The commi ttee generally dis-approved of the delay. <br /> <br />Roger Walsh suggested that the Amer-ican Legion be appo'inted <br />to take charge of the new library dedication during the Festival. <br /> <br />MSC that the American Legion be permitted to dedicate the lib- <br />rary, and that dedication of other new buildings be granted-to org- <br />anizations as out1ined:by Mr. Morton.
