Report was made by Donald Bogie, chairman of the com- mittee on the 1100,000 bond issue, that his committee recom- mended that the bond issue be allocated as follows: . Butcher Field Chestnut Addition Oak Knoll Hanqr and Equipment Baseball Field and Grading Equipment at Butcher Field Lighting high school tennis courts Yacht Harbor Landscaping and equipment of existing areas Unbudgeted 855,000 6,000 5,000 12,500 5 ., 000 800 .7,500 3,200 5,000 Mr. Bogie also reported that it was not possible to proceed with recreational area spot planning until it is ,known whether Butcher Field is to be purchased; also that the lighting of the tennis courts at Kezes and those at . Sequoia were planned but were contingent upon the passage of the bond issue. MSC that Mr. Bogie's report be accepted. The committee was not dismissed. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Mac that it be recommended to the City Manager that the rental of'\the Yacht Harbor Club House be fixed at $2.50 per meeting, in response to the Se~oia JacM Cl~'s request that a figure be set, the rental to be retroactive. The secretary was instructed to ,notify the secretary of the Sequoia Yacht Club of, the Commission' s acti'on. In connection with the discussion of rentals ot the Yacht Harbor Club House, it was pointed out "that it was believed the Sportsmen's Club was not paying a rental for the use of the club house two evenings a month."
