<br />MINUTES of the June 1st meeting were approved as mailed, on motion
<br />of Commissioner ~~itmore, seconged,by Commissioner Knecht &.carried.

<br />CORRESPO~~ENCE: A th~nk you~card fro~.the William Shewry family was
<br />read by Secty. Thompson. Mrs. Tl1ompson'stated that she had ordered
<br />a funeral spray in behalf. of the Park and ~ecreation.

<br />school authorities was scheduled to dìscuss the matter to see what

<br />indicated interest in attending this meeting. Commissioner ~4hi.tmore
<br />urged the raising of the additional $31,000 (approx.) as both are
