FXS:dit 10/1/92 (002/33) <br /> 10/05/92R <br /> O R I G I N A L 10/5/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11862 <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11827 RELATING TO <br /> THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOVERNORS BAY SUBDIVISION; <br /> APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOVERNORS BAY <br /> SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS AND RELINQUISHMENT OF <br /> ACCESS RIGHTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Resolution No. 11827 entitled, "Resolution Approving <br /> Final Subdivision Map of Governors Bay Subdivision, Redwood City, <br /> California, Subject to Certain Conditions; Approving and Adopting <br /> Plans and Specifications for Improvement Thereof; Approving and <br /> Authorizing Execution of Agreement for the Construction of <br /> Improvements for Said Subdivision; and Accepting Offer to <br /> Dedicate Easements and Relinquishment of Access Rights" , adopted <br /> August 31 , 1992 , is hereby rescinded. <br /> 2 . That certain final subdivision map (including any <br /> dedications of easements and access restrictions described <br /> therein) entitled, "Governors Bay" , prepared by Brian-Kangas- <br /> Foulk & Associates, Consulting Engineers, consultants for <br /> Greenbriar Partners , a California general partnership, by <br /> Greenbriar Homes Company, a California corporation, the owner of <br /> record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br />
