A copy of her entry is available for the <br />Commissioners' review. <br /> <br />ITEM 1- GARRETT PARK TREE ISSUE <br /> <br />C ommiss i oner H ughe s said she spoke to sever al City Co uncilmem be rs <br />regarding the Garrett Park tree issue and that she felt the City cut down the <br />trees when they could have been pruned. She said there are many issues <br />regarding this matter which need to be defined and she wants to prevent <br />something like this from happening again. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis said he was at the City Council meeting when this issue <br />was brought before them. He felt that the term "heritage tree" needs to be <br />
