DES:dj1' 05/01/92 (061/27) <br /> O R I G I N A L 5/11/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11742 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> (RUN BY THE BAY) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Sequoia Hospital for <br /> the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the <br /> RUN BY THE BAY on June 21 , 1992 , in the form of Exhibits "A" and <br /> "B" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public <br /> rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to <br /> Vehicle Code Section 21100 , and the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> authorized to issue said permit. <br />
