DES: djv 03/23/92 (030/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 4/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11730 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT TO <br /> PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND REGULATING USE OF <br /> PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> (4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula <br /> Celebration Association for the use of certain public <br /> rights-of-way in connection with the 4th of July Celebration on <br /> July 4th, 1992 , in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br /> approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br /> therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100 , <br /> and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue <br /> said permit. <br />
