DES:djk 03/31/92 (033/32) O R I G I N A L 4/13/92 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11720 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE INTERCITY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT (TSM) AUTHORITY WHEREAS , pursuant to Resolution No. 11050 adopted June 5 , 1989 , by this Council, the City of Redwood City executed that certain agreement entitled "Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the Intercity Transportation System Management (TSM) Authority" (the "TSM Agreement" ) ; and WHEREAS , the TSM Agreement implements this City' s Transportation System. Management Program established pursuant to Ordinance No. 1991 , adopted April 3 , 1989 , by this Council; and WHEREAS , pursuant to Resolution No. 11399 adopted October 1 , 1990 , by this Council, the City of Redwood City entered into a First Amendment to the TSM Agreement providing for the City of Burlingame to become a member agency pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Government Code Section 6500 et seq. ) and paragraph 15 of the TSM Agreement; and WHEREAS , there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council, a Second Amendment adding paragraph 16 to the TSM Agreement, which amendment has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Intercity Transportation Management Authority with the recommendation that the member agencies of said Authority approve said amendment which provides for the administration of a "Transportation System. Management Program" for the County of San Mateo;
