DES:d'ik 03/13/92 (024/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 3/16/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11705 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> (UJENA BODY PRO CHALLENGE) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ujena International, <br /> Inc. for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection <br /> with the Ujena Body Pro Challenge on March 19 , 1992 , in the form <br /> of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br /> public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br /> to Vehicle Code Section 21100 , and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to issue said permit. <br />
