DES: ik 03/05/92 (019/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 3/16/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11704 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL <br /> PROPERTY <br /> (SAN MATEO COUNTY GENEOLOGICAL SOCIETY) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled "Grant of Revocable <br /> Permit - Portion of 1017 Middlefield Road" (form dated 02/05/92) , <br /> pursuant to which the San Mateo County Geneological Society, <br /> subject to certain terms and conditions , is hereby granted <br /> permission to occupy and use a portion of that certain City-owned <br /> real property, commonly known as the former Main Library Building <br /> located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, a <br /> copy of which is set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, <br /> and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> permit substantially in the form of Exhibit A, for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br />
