Letter dated 8-30-05 written to Elizabeth Travers as requested by <br />Vice Chairperson Morton at August meeting <br />2.) Staff memo updating the status of the Windmill Project <br />3.) Staff memo with written response to items noted on Park Tour <br /> <br />, <br />~- <br />,. <br />r <br /> <br />.", <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />,,' <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Elizabeth Travers ,of 27 Lowell Street, announced she went to Council the <br />previous Monday evening and spoke about the Commission's proposed <br />changes to the park ordinance. She suggested several changes including <br />limiting picnic groups to 25 people in parks that are less than three acres in <br />size, with a cap at 50 people. Mrs. Travers spoke about visiting Stafford Park <br />on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25 and saw groups <br />bringing in additional tables and BBQs, a truck driving on the turf and <br />unloading at the picnic sites, group that roped off area in park, and drinking <br />beer.
