CRC -6] <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4298 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ULiLhin.LNING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE <br />REQUIRE THE INCURRING OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS FOR FIVE PROJECTS OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEiv'IENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; DETERMINING THAT THE <br />WHOLE OF SAID DISTRICT WILL BE BENEFITED BY EACH SUCH <br />PROJECT; AND DETERMINING THE TAX BASE FOR THE BONDS FOR <br />EACH SUCH PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(hereinafter called the "City") did, by Resolution No. 4277 <br />_6 <br />adopted on MaV 4, 1964 (hereinafter called the "Resolution of <br />Public Interest and Convenience"),determine and declare that <br />the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that <br />the Council intends that Redwood City General Improvement Dis- <br />trict No. 1-64 (hereinafter called the "District") incur a general <br />obligation bonded indebtedness for each of five projects therein <br />described and did in and by the Resolution of Public Interest <br />and Convenience fix Monday, May 25, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. <br />and the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br />Records, City of Redwood City, California, as the time and <br />place of hearing on the questions of whether the whole of the <br />District, 01, only a portion thereof, would be benefited by the <br />accomplishment of each of the objects and purposes for which <br />said bonded indebtedness was proposed to be incurred; if only <br />a portion thereof would be so benefited by any such object and <br />1 <br />
