REG:yc:4/30/64-7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON N O. 4275 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE <br />ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNIN- <br />HABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "HILLCREST ANNEXATION <br />NO. 1," AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID <br />TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO THE <br />PROVISIONS OF SECTION 35310.1 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: <br />WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 1964, the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4268 giving notice <br />of, and declaring its intention to initiate on its own motion, <br />proceedings to annex to the City of Redwood City that certain <br />territory designated "Hillcrest Annexation No. 1," pursuant to <br />the provisions of Section 35310.1 of the Government Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing and finds: <br />(1) That the Local Agency Annexation Commission of San <br />Mateo County, California, has prepared, or caused to be prepared, <br />a report on said proposed annexation, as required by law, and <br />that said Local Agency Annexation Commission has approved the <br />proposal for the annexation of the territory known as "Hillcrest <br />Annexation No. 1"; and <br />(2) That the Boundary Commission of the County of San Mateo, <br />California, has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report on <br />the proposed annexation, as required by law, and that said Boundary <br />Commission has approved the boundaries of the said proposed an- <br />nexation; and <br />(3) That a petition has been signed, or consent has been <br />filed, by the owners of all the land in the territory proposed <br />to be annexed, which fact was declared in the resolution giving <br />notice of the proposed annexation; and <br />(4) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent <br />to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City <br />of Redwood City; and <br />
