'....J ~ ~"s }"itr.. 0 N o. 1 1 294 JUN - 4 1990 R E S 0 L U T I N RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE FOR THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING AND THE CENTER, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9381 USE OF THE RECREATION WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for the use of the Community Activities Building and for the use of the Recreation Center located within Red Morton Community Park; and WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such revised schedule of fees for the Community Activities Building and the Recreation Center located within Red Morton Community park would be in the public interest and for the public benefit; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the Community Activities Building, the Group Activities designations of which correspond to designations and definitions therefor set forth in the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Parks and Recreation Commission for the use of the Community Activities Building, to which reference is hereby made for the particulars thereof, is hereby approved and adopted. a. Group I Activities: No charges. b. Group II and III Activities: (1) No charge during regular daily hours of operation. A custodial fee will be charged at current salary schedule for custodial help for hours other than regular daily hours of operation (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday).
