MSR:jp 6/13/79 Q (� ORIGMAL 8 R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 8296 6 ,JUN 18 1979 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF OAK VIEW SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CON- STRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Oak View Subdivision of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk and Associates, civil engineers for Oak View Company, a California corporation, Subdivider of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on October 17, 1978, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to delivery of said map to the Subdivider of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the Subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and the Subdivider, on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of The Oak View Subdivision," wherein the Subdivider, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City shall agree to consruct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, all street and other improvements required of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of the Oak View Subdivision, on file in the office of the City Engineer. 2.
