O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13910 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY - <br />OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CONVEYANCE THEREOF <br />6/5/00 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City owns certain personal property <br />consisting of used printers, hard drives, monitors and keyboards ( "Computer <br />Hardware "); and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 37351 and Redwood <br />City Charter Section 3- 1/2(d), the City may dispose of surplus property no longer <br />required or needed for present or prospective municipal purposes without sale; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and has <br />determined that the current reasonable market value of said surplus to be <br />conveyed is less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to declare said <br />property surplus and authorize its conveyance to the Redwood City Education <br />Foundation in accordance with Section 37351 of the Government Code and <br />Section 3- 1/2(d) of the Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Reso -892 1 <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Counci I <br />DES:djk <br />05/18/00 <br />
