The speaking time allotted is determined by the Mayor and may be up to a <br />maximum of 3 minutes. <br />If you wish to speak on topics on the Consent Calendar, or on topics not listed on the agenda, you <br />will be called during Agenda Section 5: Public Comment On The Consent Calendar And Items Not On <br />The Agenda. <br />Please be advised that the Brown Act does not allow the City Council to discuss matters not on the <br />agenda. <br />If you wish to speak on an agenda item, you will be called during that agenda item. <br />Once the public comment period has begun, or an item has been called, no additional speaker <br />cards will be collected and no additional speakers will be allowed to speak.
