<br />"'0""" ~ <br /> <br />partnership for children, <br />youth and famìlíes'. <br />A Division of Peninsula Community Foundation <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Between The <br />City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for Redwood City 2020 <br />And The <br />Peninsula Partnership for Children, Youth and Families a Division of <br />Peninsula Community Foundation <br />For The <br />Redwood City Community School Project <br /> <br />July 1, 2006 Through June 30, 2007 <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made by and between the <br />Redwood City 2020 (hereinafter referred to as "RWC 2020") City of Redwood <br />City (hereinafter referred to as lithe City"), and Peninsula Partnership for <br />Children, Youth and Families (hereinafter referred to as II Peninsula Partnership"), <br />a division of Peninsula Community Foundation, located at 1700 South EI Camino <br />Real, Suite #100, San Mateo, California and Peninsula Community <br />Foundation (hereinafter referred to as II PCF", a California, non-profit, public <br />benefit corporation,) located at 1700 South EI Camino Real, Suite #300, San <br />Mateo, California. <br /> <br />Purpose <br />The purpose of this MOU is to articulate roles and responsibilities for the successful <br />implementation of the Redwood City Community School Project (RCCSP). The <br />primary purpose of this project is to support community schools as a strategy in <br />order for it to be a model for effective service integration that yields significant <br />positive changes in youths and families lives. The Peninsula Partnership and <br />Redwood City 2020 will work together in ways that are mutually supportive of each <br />entity's organizational mission and goals and toward the accomplishment of the <br />following RCCSP first-year objectives: <br />
