<br />" <br />l <br /> <br />( <br />'"' " "-'" . ., ""- <br /> <br />MUV 10 0:.' <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />IN THE VICINITY OF WOODSIDE ROAD BETWEEN CHURCHILL <br />A VENUE AND LOCUST STREET "VlITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND CERTAIN ADJACENT PORTIONS OF UNINCORPOR~TED <br />AREAS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN ~ffiTEOi DESIGNATING SAID <br />DISTRICT AS ~~ERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 69-1: <br />DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT: PROVIDING <br />FOR EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SAID DISTRICT: <br />AND ESTABLISHING THE THmS IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br />WIRES SR~LL BE REMOVED A~~ UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of <br /> <br />Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City' ~commencing <br />with ~11.30, et seq.), proceedings for the establishment of an <br /> <br />underground utility district in the vicinity of Woodside Road <br /> <br />between Churchill Avenue and Locust Street within the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and certain adjacent portions of unincorporated <br /> <br />areas of the County of San Mateo were instituted by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 6125, adopted October 13, 1969: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 6125 semforth the purposes <br /> <br />of said district, proposed exceptions to the requirements of <br /> <br />said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br /> <br />and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested <br /> <br />in the formation of the proposed district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. 6125 <br /> <br />was provided by mail and publication in accordance with Section 11.42 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br /> <br />Monday, November 3, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P:S.T.) or <br /> <br />as soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 601 Marshall <br /> <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following objections <br /> <br />were received: <br /> <br />T <br />
