<br />" <br /> <br />REG:eh :ek <br /> <br />12/14/67 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1Bt/3 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REm'iOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE ANN'ZXATION TO TID~ CI'l'Y OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED " <br />CANYON ROAD ANNEYJ\TION No.2" <br />AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SP.ID CITY OF REm-lQOD <br />CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REm-lQOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLm'1S: <br /> <br />'V1HEREAS, on the <br /> <br />6th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />, 19E, <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Redwood city adopted Resolution <br /> <br />No. 5518 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, <br /> <br />initiate upon its o~~ motion proceedings to annex to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Cl>.NYON ROAD ANNEXATION NO. 2 <br /> <br />It, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />tion, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, California, and that said commission <br /> <br />has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexa- <br /> <br />tion, and that said commission has approved the annexaotion <br /> <br />and its boundaries as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br /> <br />and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />(2) That on <br /> <br />November 6 <br /> <br />, 19_~, this Council did <br />, entitled "Resolution of the <br /> <br />adopt its Resolution No. 5518 <br /> <br />~ <br />
