Section 27.12 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 27.l2 The following monthly charges are hereby established and levided upon all premises which are situate within the corporate limits of the city and which are receiving sewage service by direct connection to sewer facili ties which are owned by and under t~le jurisdiction of the city: R(a) Residential charge: Each separate private single-family premise per month $1. 85. l'(b) Nonresidential charge: Each premise devoted to other than private single-fa~ily residential use shall pay a monthly charge based upon the number of cubic feet of effluent or waste matter deposi'ced monthly in the sewer facilities of the city, in accordance with the following cumulative schedule; provided, however, that in no case shall the charge for nonresidential premises be less than one and 85/l00 Dollars ($1.85) per month: "(1) $0.1342 per lOO cu. ft. for the first 121,143 cu. ft. per month deposited in excess of 857 cu. ft. "(2) $0.l290 per 100 cu. ft. for the next 268,000 cu. ft. per month deposited in excess of 122,000 cu. ft. "(3) $0.0860 per 100 cu. ft. for the next l67,000 cu. Le. per month deposited in excess of 390,000 cu. ft. "(4) $0.0646 per lOO cu. ft. for all in excess of 557,000 cu. ft. per month." ..... -- C C,;.
