<br />DES:d;" 03/01/90 (041/26) <br /> <br />MAR 5 1~90 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11237 <br /> <br />I COPY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ENTER INTO A REIMBURSEMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS, AND TO ESTABLISH A REIMBURSEMENT CHARGE <br />OR CHARGES PERTAINING THERETO; STATING THE FORMULA OR <br />FORMULAE UPON WHICH SUCH CHARGE SHALL BE BASED; <br />IDENTIFYING THE PROPERTIES BENEFITED BY SAID <br />IMPROVEMENTS, AND SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR <br />HEARING PROTESTS ON SAID MATTERS - LAKEVIEW PRESSURE <br />ZONE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2003, the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City Reimbursement Agreement Ordinance, adopted October 30, 1989, <br /> <br />(the "Ordinance"; codified as Article XIII [commencing with <br /> <br />~18.200] of Chapter 18, of the Redwood City Code [all section <br /> <br />references hereinafter are to said Code; unless otherwise <br /> <br />specified all words or terms herein commencing with capitals <br /> <br />shall have the definitions ascribed thereto in the Ordinance]) an <br /> <br />application has been filed by Emerald Lake Associates and Summit <br /> <br />Drive Associates, California Limited Partnerships acting by and <br /> <br />through Marek Development Company, a California corporation, <br /> <br />their general partner (the "Applicant") for a Reimbursement <br /> <br />Agreement pursuant to which the Applicant would pay the Costs of <br /> <br />Construction of the public improvements hereinafter described, <br /> <br />and thereafter be reimbursed by the imposition of a Charge <br /> <br />collected by the City for that portion of the Costs of the <br /> <br />Improvements corresponding to the benefit conferred thereby on <br /> <br />the properties owned by the payees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid public improvements consist of a 12 <br /> <br />inch water main extending from the Lakeview storage tank to the <br /> <br />intersection of Summit Drive and Lakeview Way, together with <br /> <br />interties for connection of said water main to the City's <br />
