<br />DES:djk 07/17/89 (001/26) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1111 0 <br /> <br />AU6 2 1 1989 <br />ORIGINHL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY <br />SPECIFYING RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBlLITlES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO A PORTION OF CHESTNUT <br />STREET IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />II Agreement Specifying <br /> <br />Responsibilities <br /> <br />Chestnut Street Improvements II (form dated <br /> <br />07/17/89) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and Southern Pacific <br /> <br />Transportation Company, a corporation, specifying the respective <br /> <br />responsibilities of the parties in connection with proposed <br /> <br />improvements to a portion of Chestnut Street in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br /> <br />A for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
