<br />MJP:mw~ 2/1/89 (#23/071) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q.l 0 982 u.uuii~AL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING NON ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY) IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA (SANDPIPER SUBDIVISION UNIT #1) <br /> <br />fEb b <br /> <br />1989 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10926, adopted October 24, 1988, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non access <br /> <br />restriction along a portion of Redwood Shores Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the abovementioned <br /> <br />non access restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 28, 1988, the City Council of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />passed <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />#10934 <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />order <br /> <br />to vacate <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-described non-access restriction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 6, 1989, the City Council of Redwood <br /> <br />City passed Resolution # 10981 to rescind Resolution #10934 <br /> <br />due to a clerical error and resulting problems with recordation; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Redwood City wishes at this <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />adopt <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />corrected <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />vacate <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-described non-access restriction; <br /> <br />10982 <br />
