<br />2:nt 9/17/87 (#20) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />1 0 63 8 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR PARKING FACILITY <br />PERMITS FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PARKING LOT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 20.186 of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Code, the City Council shall establish rates for permits <br /> <br />used in regulated unmetered offstreet parking facilities; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to <br /> <br />designate the Franklin Street Parking Lot as a regulated <br /> <br />unmetered parking facility, and to establish rates for <br /> <br />permits used in said lot; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby establish the following <br /> <br />rates for the parking permits issued for the Franklin Street <br /> <br />Public Parking Lot: <br /> <br />Semi-annual permits - $90.00 each <br /> <br />Said semi-annual permits shall be valid for a six (6) <br /> <br />month period, January 1 - June 30 and July 1 - December 31 <br /> <br />of each year. Payment shall be made in advance of issuance. <br /> <br />No permits shall be issued for a lesser period of time; <br /> <br />except as provided in paragraph 3 hereof. <br /> <br />A person <br /> <br />returning a permit to the City prior to the expiration date <br /> <br />of such permit will receive a refund therefor based on the <br /> <br />number of whole months remaining on the permit. <br /> <br />SEP 2 1 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />1 0 638 <br />
