<br />ORIGINAL. <br />::nt 9/8/87 (#20) <br />SWC:nt 9/14/87R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 623 <br /> <br />SEP 1 4 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE <br />MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS; AND <br />8404 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE FOR ZONING AND <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8404, adopted October 1, <br /> <br />1979, the City Council adopted a fee schedule for zoning and <br /> <br />miscellaneous permit fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has determined <br /> <br />tha t the <br /> <br />fees adopted by <br /> <br />said Resolution No. <br /> <br />8404 <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />insufficient to cover the administrative costs to the City for <br /> <br />review of such permits, and has recommended that this Council <br /> <br />increase said fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code ~54992, the Community <br /> <br />Development Department made available to the public data <br /> <br />indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to <br /> <br />provide the services for which the proposed fees will be charged <br /> <br />and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, <br /> <br />including general fund revenues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said ~54992, this Council considered <br /> <br />said recommendation at a regularly scheduled public meeting on <br /> <br />September 14, 1987, notice of the time and place of which was <br /> <br />mailed to interested parties at least 14 days prior to said <br /> <br />meeting along with a general explanation of the matter to be <br /> <br />considered at said meeting including the aforesaid fiscal data; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon consideration of the recommendation of the <br /> <br />Communi ty Development Director that said fees be adopted, and <br /> <br />upon consideration of the aforesaid fiscal data, this Council has <br /> <br />1 0623 <br />
