<br />SWC:sP 6/18/87 (#20) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0536 <br /> <br />JUN G ~ 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR SEAPORT BOULEVARD/SEAPORT <br />COURT TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT: AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK: AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br />SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD-87-05, adopted May <br /> <br />11, <br /> <br />1987, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications for the Seaport Boulevard/Seaport Court traffic <br /> <br />signal project: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, which has heretofore <br /> <br />acted on behalf of the Agency for the purpose of administering <br /> <br />construction projects within the Seaport Redevelopment Sub-Area, <br /> <br />has called for bids for the Seaport Boulevard/Seaport Court <br /> <br />traffic signal project: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rosendin Electric, Inc., San Jose, California, is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to award said bids to Rosendin Electric, Inc.: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Rosendin Electric, Inc.in the total amount <br /> <br />of One Hundred Three Thousand Seventy-five and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($103,075.00) , <br /> <br />computed <br /> <br />in accordance wi th <br /> <br />said bidder's <br /> <br />proposal, for the Seaport Boulevard/Seaport Court traffic signal <br /> <br />project, is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />10536 <br />
