<br />'1AS:sh <br />,AS: sh <br /> <br />11/26/86 <br />12/01/86R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DE_C 0 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE NON-ACCESS <br />RESTRICTION OVER A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (HAWES <br />COURT) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS <br />AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING <br />TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR <br />OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING <br />PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING AND <br />PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />10384 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, owners of that portion of Lot 2, Block G on that <br /> <br />map entitled, "Woodside Acres Map No.1", recorded May 18, 1923 <br /> <br />in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, <br /> <br />not granted to the City of Redwood City (which grant to City is <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein) wish to subdivide said real property <br /> <br />("Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, owners of Property ("Owners") must have access to a <br /> <br />portion of a public street in the City of Redwood City (Hawes <br /> <br />Court) before they can subdivide property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owners are willing to pay City in the amount of <br /> <br />Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($7,650.00) <br /> <br />for City's vacation of a non-access restriction to Hawes Court <br /> <br />and for Owner's share of the improvement costs for Hawes Court <br /> <br />("Payment"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if Payment is made, a non-access restriction <br /> <br />adjacent to Hawes Court, heretofore relinquished and dedicated to <br /> <br />the City, is no longer needed to restrict access along such <br /> <br />street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if Payment is made, the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City intends to vacate said non-access restriction <br /> <br />03ti4 <br />
