<br />DES:djc 6/05/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10224 <br /> <br />0;.IG1NAL <br />JUN 9 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 8 TO AGREEMENT RELATING TO <br />SEWAGE TRANSMISSION, TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL; AND <br />CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE <br />EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain agreement <br /> <br />transmission, <br /> <br />treatment and disposal <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> <br />ewer <br /> <br />"Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Dispos <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewage By and Between the City of Redwood City the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights <br /> <br />Maintenance District" dated August 23, 1983 (the "Transmi sion <br /> <br />Agreement") <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />ives <br /> <br />emanating from said District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain agreement <br /> <br />"Agreement - Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Emerald Lake ills <br /> <br />Area)" by and between the City of Redwood City and the Coun y of <br /> <br />San Mateo dated August 19, 1980 (the "Capacity Agreement") the <br /> <br />City allocated 0.5 mgd (millions of gallons per day) <br /> <br /> <br />sewerage treatment capacity rights to the County for the be efit <br /> <br />of lands located wi thin the area thereafter established a the <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, application for annexation of the lands herein fter <br /> <br />described (the "Annexing Territory") to the Emerald Lake He'ghts <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District has been made by the owners the eof; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />0224 <br />
