8/18/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13409 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO <br /> 3272 ROLISON ROAD; APPROVING CONTRACT <br /> DOCUMENTS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING REALLOCATION OF <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS TO PAY <br /> FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the improvements to 3272 Rolison <br />Road, in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, and reviewed by this <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 24, 1998, the City Clerk advertised for bids for <br />Improvements to property located at 3272 Rolison Road, Redwood City, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one bid was received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Humrich Construction of Redwood City, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to Humrich Construction; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Reso-3272 1 <br />08/10/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
