-- ~ 7/13/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13386 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO MODIFICATION OF <br /> RESERVATION FOR VEHICULAR PARKING AFFECTING <br /> CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY <br /> PURSUANT TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND <br /> COVENANTS RELATING TO A PORTION OF THAT REAL <br /> PROPERTY COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 2150 <br /> ROOSEVELT AVENUE, REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain document entitled, "Declaration of <br />Establishment of Restrictions and Covenants Affecting Certain Real Property in <br />Redwood City," dated Nov. 2, 1950, recorded in Volume 1974 at Pages 411 <br />through 413, Official Records of San Mateo County, California (the <br />"Declaration"), the property therein described (being a portion of property <br />commonly referred to as 2150 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City) was <br />perpetually reserved for vehicular parking; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Declaration requires that any modification to said <br />reservation be approved by a five-sevenths vote of the Council of Redwood City; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of the property subject to the Declaration desires <br />to reconfigure the parking reservation to accommodate revised commemial use <br />of said property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public safety, welfare and interest will best be served by <br />such reconfiguration; <br /> <br />Reso-442 <br />F:/SharedlRedwood/Council <br />RAB:rg/mge <br />07/07198 <br /> <br /> <br />
