<br />D~S:djc 9/20/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />10013 <br /> <br />SEP 2 3 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM <br />TO AGREEMENT - RALSTON AVENUE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE ACCESS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont <br /> <br />entered into an agreement dated August 28, 1968 (the "Agreement") <br /> <br />providing, <br /> <br />among <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />matters, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />mutual <br /> <br />rights <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />responsibilities with respect to access to Frontage Road "A" and <br /> <br />Frontage Road "B" in the vicinity of the Ralston Avenue - U.S. <br /> <br />Highway 101 Interchange located partially within the corporate <br /> <br />limits of both said Cities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that the parties thereto <br /> <br />shall meet and confer prior to any realignment of, or the <br /> <br />construction of any street, road, highway, bridge, overpass or <br /> <br />other similar public way which is or may be designed to intersect <br /> <br />with or cross that certain boundary line designated "B Area <br /> <br />Boundary" shown upon Exhibit A of the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parties have met and conferred with respect to <br /> <br />a proposed street construction and public way which would <br /> <br />intersect and cross said "B Area Boundary" line and have <br /> <br />consented to the configuration thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an Addendum to the Agreement setting forth the aforesaid <br /> <br />consent and this Council desires to approve and authorize <br /> <br />execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />_lOi' <br /> <br />1}lS <br />
