<br />DCB:sh <br />JCB:sh <br /> <br />6/3/85 <br />6/6/85R <br />JUN 1 0 1985 <br />o RtGlNAl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9900 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL 1-1AP OF BOARDWALK <br />UNIT NO.1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain final map of Boardwalk Unit No. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, Foulk & Associates for W.W. Dean & Associates, a <br /> <br />California corporation, owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in <br /> <br />conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of Boardwalk Unit No. I <br />Subdivision," wherein the O\vners or subdividers, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by <br />the City, shall agree to construct and complete, <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owners or subdividers <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be One Million One <br /> <br />990 V <br />
