<br />DCB:sh 1/07/85 <br /> <br />i"' I""! ~ 1l\'AL <br />U'\I\.J H <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />97~13 <br /> <br />JAN 1 4 1984"" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SANDPIPER <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.1, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Sandpiper Subdivision Unit No. <br /> <br />1 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates for Redwood Shores Inc., owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of Sandpiper Subdivision, <br />unit No.1" wherein the owners or subdividers, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />fai thful performance by said owner or subdivider <br />of all work and the construction of all <br /> <br />9773 <br />
