<br />SWC:rb <br />~ _: sh <br /> <br />7/22/83 <br />8/02/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />96fi! <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 6 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR TREE REMOVAL AND TREE <br />PRUNING, 1984-85; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9604 adopted June 18, <br /> <br />1984, the City Clerk called for bids for Tree Removal and Tree <br /> <br />Pruning 1984-85; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry Kramer dba Econo-Tree, Menlo Park, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award bid to said Henry <br /> <br />Kramer; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Henry Kramer, dba Econo-Tree in the sum of <br /> <br />Sixty-two and No/lOO Dollars ($62.00) per hour for a total not <br /> <br />to exceed Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($50,000.00), <br /> <br />computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated June 29, <br /> <br />1984, for Tree Removal and Tree Pruning 1984-85, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2.
