<br />DCB:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />12/03/84 <br />12/10/84R <br /> <br />OR![': ' <br />2 \~ U 1 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9747 <br /> <br />DEe 1 0 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY TO OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District <br /> <br />(hereinafter "District"), dated March 8, 1958, the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City agreed to provide treatment and disposal of sewage <br /> <br />emanating from the District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said agreement provides that no sewage emanating <br /> <br />from said territory annexed to the District after the date of the <br /> <br />agreement could be disposed of or transmitted by the Redwood City <br /> <br />sewage system without prior consent of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Disposal of Sanitary Sewerage <br /> <br />By and Between the City of Redwood City, the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District" <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Transmission Agreement"), dated August 23, 1983, <br /> <br />and an agreement entitled "Wastewater Treatment Capacity <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Hills Agreement", (hereinafter "Capacity Agreement") <br /> <br />dated August 18, 1980, the City and District agreed to modify or <br /> <br />amend their original agreement, dated March 18, 1958, to conform <br /> <br />with above stated agreements relating to The Emerald Lake Heights <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District; and <br /> <br />c...", 'I 7 <br />'I' , <br />-j ~'-J~' <br />
