ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13204 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN, <br /> SEWER MAIN, AND OFF-SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FROM <br /> STATION 25+00+ TO STATION 9+67+_ON BRIDGE PARKWAY <br /> AND ON ISLAND DRIVE FOR WESTPORT OFFICE PARK <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of Water <br />Main, Sewer Main, and Off-Site Public Improvements from Station 25+00+_ to <br />Station 9+67+_ on Bridge Parkway and on Island Drive for Westport Office Park," <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Westport Joint Venture, a California general partnership (the <br />"Agreement"), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Owner shall deposit Twenty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($21,500) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, <br /> water supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit <br /> not utilized by City for payment of its services shall be returned to Owner.
