<br />SWC:rb 9/07/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 2 1983 <br /> <br />9432 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD SHORES, INC., FOR REIMBURSEMENT <br />OF TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE POTABLE WATER TRANSMISSION MAIN <br />PROJECT (GID 1-64) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood Shores, Inc. ("RSI") is the owner and <br /> <br />developer of that certain subdivision located within the <br /> <br />boundaries of General Improvement District No. 1-64 ("District") <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") known as the Shores Center, part of Area <br /> <br />"A"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the conditions of the Tentative Map for <br /> <br />Area "A," approved by the Planning Commission of October 7, 1980, <br /> <br />RSI agreed to construct, at its own expense, a sixteen inch (16") <br /> <br />diameter water line and accessories in Twin Dolphin Drive from <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Parkway to the end of existing Twin Dolphin Drive <br /> <br />in Area "B," if funds from the District's Series "E" bonds were <br /> <br />not available; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, because it could not be determined whether Series <br /> <br />"E" Bond funds would be available for such construction project, <br /> <br />RSI agreed, pursuant to the Agreement for the Improvement of <br /> <br />Shores Center Unit No.1 Subdivision (form dated 7/13/81R), <br /> <br />approved by Resolution No. 1917, adopted July 20, 1981, to <br /> <br />construct the aforementioned Twin Dolphin water line, and to offer <br /> <br />it for dedication to City on the Final Subdivision Map for the <br /> <br />Shores Center Unit No. 1 Subdivision; and <br /> <br />o ,-1 '.~ ') <br /><, -t. ,.. <br />fL.f .A. >l...~)' f-~' <br />
