<br />CGM:va 3/31/83 <br /> <br />nO\"'!"'~ 1\ l <br />Ui\ U~~~i";~- <br /> <br />9 :~)2, 9 <br /> <br />APR 4 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR WEED ABATEMENT BY <br />DISKING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9312, adopted <br /> <br />February 28, 1983, the City Clerk called for bids for the <br /> <br />letting of a contract for the weed abatement by disking <br /> <br />within fiscal year 1982-83; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution, the City Clerk <br /> <br />called for bids for the abatement of weeds by disking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Environmental Management, Novato, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to award said contract to Environ- <br /> <br />mental Management; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Environmental Management, in the total <br /> <br />amount of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-two and no/lOa <br /> <br />Dollars ($8,862.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dated March 21, 1983, for the performance of weed <br /> <br />abatement by disking in the City of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />in accordance with the specifications approved by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 9312, is hereby accepted. Any irregularities or informal- <br /> <br />ities that may be contained in said bid are hereby waived. <br /> <br />9329 <br />
