0 R I G I N A L 6/30/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13124 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF PERMIT FOR <br /> REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF BUILDING <br /> <br /> (20 AVONDALE AVENUE TO 28 CLAREMONT AVENUE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.23 of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Code (the "Code"), the Council of the City of Redwood City may <br />authorize the issuance of a permit (the "Permit"), for the removal and relocation <br />of a building (the "Building"), within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an application has been made by Robert Williamson (the <br />"Applicant"), for the removal and relocation of a building from 20 Avondale <br />Avenue to 28 Claremont Avenue, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9.28, the Building Department of the City <br />of Redwood City has inspected the Building and prepared a report with respect <br />to the imposition of conditions which has been presented to and reviewed by this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council intends to authorize the issuance of a Permit <br /> <br />subject to the terms of this Resolution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> This Council finds and declares that: <br /> <br /> Reso-230 1 <br /> FXS/rg <br /> 06/24/97 <br /> F:Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> <br /> <br />
