<br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />CGM:mf 12/3/82 <br />ORIGINAL <br />9 2 8 ,2 DEe 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />CORK HARBOUR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Cork Harbour Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates <br /> <br />for Great Western Savings Financial Corporation, a California <br /> <br />corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity <br /> <br />with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject <br /> <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br />subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Cork Harbour Subdivision," <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by City, <br />whereby subdivider agrees to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in this agreement, all streets and <br />other improvements required of owner or subdivider under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth <br />in the plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Cork Harbour Subdivision on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance of said owner or <br />subdivider of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br />and within the time specified, the amount of said security <br /> <br />9282 <br />
