0 R I G I N A L 6/9/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS TO <br /> PROVIDE FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PLANNING, ZONING, AND <br /> BUILDING REGULATIONS, EMERGENCY SERVICES, AND <br /> OTHER MUNICIPAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE CIRCLE <br /> STAR CENTER PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City limits line separating the Cities of Redwood City and <br />San Carlos traverse the Circle Star Center property (the "Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is presently subject to sale and redevelopment; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is intended to be developed as an office building <br />complex with parking improvements (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer of the Property (the "Developer") has applied <br />with the City of San Carlos to amend the San Carlos General Plan, the East Side <br />Specific Plan, and Zoning to accommodate the Developer's proposed use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Cities of Redwood City and San Carlos <br />to provide for the common administration of Planning, Zoning, and Building <br />regulations and provision of municipal services to accommodate the <br /> <br />development of the Property; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Reso-217 1 <br />G:~shared~redwood~council <br />FXS:rg <br />06/04/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
