0 R I G I N A L 5/19/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13093 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICE - FIRE <br /> STATION NO. 20 AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY, REDWOOD <br /> SHORES <br /> <br /> (RUDOLPH & SLETTEN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a Fire Station <br />and Maintenance Facility in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />construction management/general contractor services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City approved an <br />agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional Construction Management and <br />General Contractor Services - Fire Station and Maintenance Facility," (the <br />"Agreement"), on November 25, 1996, as evidenced by Resolution No.12960, for <br />the performance by Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., of the aforesaid services required by <br />the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., desire <br />to amend the Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Re$o-193 1 <br /> G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 04/30/97 <br /> 05/16/97R <br /> FXS:djk <br /> <br /> <br />
