0 R I G I N A L 5/19/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13092 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF FIRE STATION NO. 20 AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13045, adopted April 7, 1997, the <br />City Clerk advertised for bids for the Construction of Fire Station No. 20 and <br />Maintenance Facility in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, bids were received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the names of the lowest responsible bidders are listed on the <br />document entitled "Fire Station No. 20 and Maintenance Facility - Subcontract <br />Bids", which document is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this <br />reference incorporated herein, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept said bids of the lowest responsible bidders; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
