DES:dj~ 08/20/96 (039/42) <br /> <br /> 12/09/96 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12961 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />For the Use of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated <br />08/20/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the State of <br />California, Department of California Highway Patrol, granting to <br />said association the non-exclusive use of the City's Weapons <br />Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, <br />a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 12961 <br /> <br /> <br />
