DES:djk ~ ± <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/3/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12773 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (ART AND ANTIQUES ON BROADWAY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Joan Jordan of the <br />Redwood City Art Center for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the Art and Antiques on Broadway <br />to be held every second Sunday of the month, beginning with <br />Sunday June 9, 1996 and ending on Sunday September 8, 1996, in <br />the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br />of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police <br />is hereby authorized and directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
